This is a newly built house with 4 bedrooms, 2.5 baths and one office room. My husband and I bought this originally as a 1200 sqft house which, we learnt by going through city records 📜, was in-fact built in the 1800s. It took us about two years to rebuild and expand it to 2400+ sqft and I've been a part of each and every step along the way; from demo'ing old walls 🔨, laying new insulation (yes, picture me with protective gear from top to toe), to paining the walls. I designed it keeping in mind a comfortable and spacious living area for friends and family 👪 to bond with each other and create precious moments. The master bedroom and attached bathroom is a class of it's own. You will get to wake up to the beautiful sunrise 🌅 and walk into a spacious bathroom to get ready for making the best of your day. All bedrooms have comfortable beds 🛌, clean and fresh linen, curtains for privacy, and plenty of storage for clothes and bags in the closets. The kitchen is right next to the dining and living area where you can use all the modern equipment and cook creations in style. The neighborhood is known for its well-preserved Victorian-era homes. You will see a mix of historic homes 🏛️and newer developments 🏡 which are typically single-family homes, as well as town-homes and apartments around. There's more so come experience it yourself!
